The Volage EX-S Slim sofa is a reimagined version of its predecessor. Designed by Philippe Starck for Cassina, this version of the sofa boasts a more compact structure ideal for smaller spaces. The new version also features a modern twist on a tufted Chesterfield seatback.
The upgraded Volage EX-S Slim sofa integrates a capitonné tufting process developed exclusively by the designer and the furniture brand. The innovative technique creates a dimpled backrest similar to that of a classic Chesterfield lounge. Starck and Cassina's approach, however, boasts a minimalistic and contemporary appearance. Featuring thinner armrests than the previous design, the Volage sofa ensures ample seating space despite its compact design, suitable for lounges or executive offices.
