The biggest demographic who are taking vitamin supplements are Americans who make up 30% of the global market share. Nearly half of Americans take some type of vitamin supplement daily. While these pills can work wonders in moderation, overdosing on them can lead to hair loss, lung problems, joint pain and blurred visions. Supplements containing too much colloidal silver may even turn one's skin blue.
