The online event features experts in the wellness field including Ashley Cruz herself, Sarah Farrell and Cody Homa from Sound Vibes for yoga, Jess Flude from ThetaHealer for a motivation module, Jessica Derksen from True To You Lifestyle to discuss nutrition, and Janita Frantsi for a Pilates class, among others.

The virtual wellness retreat will help transform attendees to find inner strength and tickets are priced at a pay-what-you-can model (with a suggestion of $20), with proceeds being donated to Food Bank.
