It's tough to make online clothing purchases when one doesn't have the opportunity to see what those clothes would look like matched with their personal style, so Levi's new 'Virtual Stylist' tool gives online shoppers an outlet. The browser-based chatbot gives online consumers plenty of different options to choose from, and it can even give examples of the items chosen worn on different models and Levi's consumers as styling inspiration.

The Virtual Stylist is a holistic shopping guide. If users have only a vague idea of the clothes they want, the bot prompts them with questions to narrow it down and decide on the right product and cut. Once selected, users can then select "See It Styled" to browse through images of both Levi's models and Instagram users who've worn the item in question.
