Alejandro de Antonio has created a series of vinyl portraits for the 7 Rooms Unco_Ma (unconventional materials) project. Antonio's vinyl portraits show rock's Gods the way they were meant to be shown: in glorious vinyl.

Antonio's vinyl portraits certainly live up to the project's namesake asking for art made from unconventional materials. The best portrait here, in my opinion, would have to be the Jimi Hendrix one. Everything works, from the shading on the face to the expert precision used to craft the seemingly crazy and everywhere hair. No word yet on if the artist plans to sell any of his pieces, but I'm sure that if he did there would be a huge demand.
