With the wellness industry continuing to bleed into other aspects of consumers' lives, a California vodka brand called Ving Vodka has debuted kale-infused vodka. Made with organic ingredients and premium vodka, the new spirit is perfect for making veggie-infused cocktails that even Gwyneth would approve of.

Ving Vodka's new kale-infused vodka is a veggie-rich spirit that is locally made from "the freshest and cleanest, organic kale, lemon, and cucumber from organic certified farms." As Ving’s creator and CEO Flo Vinger explains, all of the veggies are inspected by hand to ensure the highest quality possible. The superfood medley is then infused with premium vodka for a small-batch 'sipping' spirit that is just 97 calories per serving. Best of all, the vodka is completely free of fat, sugar, cabs, gluten, and other additives.
