The Via 313 food truck has been launched by the pizza brand a mobile restaurant concept that will serve up fresh eats to patrons as it makes its way to different locations. The truck will make its first stop at the 512 Brewing Company in Austin, Texas to help celebrate its 17th anniversary on November 8, 2025 starting at 2pm with the first 15 fans in line receiving a complimentary slice of pizza. The food truck is expected to complement the brand's existing 23 full-service restaurants as well as its two permanent trailers in Texas, Colorado and Utah.
Co-Founder Brandon Hunt commented on the Via 313 food truck saying, "The food truck marks an exciting new chapter for us. Our original trailer was where it all started, but it stayed in one spot. Now, we finally get to take our pizza on the road — connecting with new communities, joining local events and celebrating how far Via 313 has come."
