The Vest Pizza campaign experimented with people's love of pizza and their awareness of energy use. Commissioned by Danish heating and energy recycling company, Vestforbraending, Creative agency Anew created a pop-up pizzeria that served a certain amount of pizza depending on how much energy was saved in the community, how many people shared and viewed the campaign. The more people participate, the more pizza there was.
Clever and rewarding on so many levels, the Vest Pizza campaign was accompanied by a website that provided tips to saving energy to help people in the community reduce their usage and get more pizza. The Vest Pizza campaign not only increased environmental awareness, it also boosted the perception of Vestforbraending as an energy conscious company who has the best interest of its customers in mind.
