From Interactive Digital Showrooms to Retrospective Fashion Museums

When unveiling a new product or retail experience, some brands choose to go big with their retail reveals rather than go home. Most of these launches involve an interactive approach to get consumers more engaged. Whether it's a digital showroom or an innovative installation, there are lots of ways to get the public excited about a new event.
The automotive industry especially is bringing the concept of a car show into the information age. As seen with virtual car showrooms, in-mall car showrooms and interactive digital showrooms, bring cars to customers is about coming to them. A similar example is fashion emergency vehicles, which an outfit-loaded truck would arrive in a style emergency to promote a new Forever21 location in Costa Rica. Sometimes retail reveals are all about the venue, which was the case with hangar-inspired buildings and boxy pop-up shops.
