in honor of World Vegan Day (which takes place on November 1st), renowned vegan chef, Chloe Coscarelli, joined forces with Whole Foods to offer a variety of plant-powered Thanksgiving meals, dubbed the Vegan Meal for 2. The new offering features a Cremini Mushroom Roast with Mushroom Gravy, Miso Creamed Greens, Coconut Sweet Potato Casserole, Jalapeño Cornbread Dressing, and Pumpkin Curry Soup, all priced at $39.99.
The new Vegan Meal for 2 is now available for pre-order on the Whole Foods website, which consumers can pick-up in-store the week of Thanksgiving. As more consumers opt to consume less meat–either for the planet, lifestyle choices, or dietary restrictions–brands are creating plant-powered dishes that meet their need for delicious and nutritious offerings.
