Renegade Food's plant-based charcuterie collection consists of three artisan and meat-free salamis. They include a vegan Soppressata -- a Calabrian delicacy that features flavors from Southern Italy -- a Tuscan-inspired Toscana salami with wild fennel seeds, and a Spanish style spiced Chorizo.

Crafted with organic, plant-based ingredients, the brand's products have taken 10 years to formulate. They each blend raw ingredients with traditional smoking techniques for an enhanced flavor profile that is inspired by real meat snacks.

Each charcuterie product is also packed with "18 grams of protein per serving, with super-foods like mushrooms, garlic and olive oil" featured along with "gut-friendly pre and probiotics like fermented miso and apple cider vinegar." Additionally, each Renegade Foods product boasts flavor notes and suggested food and wine pairings, adding to an elevated vegan dining experience.
