'Userfeed' Helps Brands Prioritize Customer Opinions

Keeping users engaged with one's product at even the most basic level is a real challenge for most companies, so Userfeed helps to reduce the added effort that is necessary in getting users and customers to engage in feedback and improvements. The platform, which is built off of the popular customer engagement software Intercom, gives businesses an inline messenger application that lets customers enter detailed feedback without ever having to leave the website itself.

Loyal customers might very well be willing to give feedback on a given product, be it software, a website's design, or any other aspect of a business on the consumer side. However, even the beneficent customer isn't likely to have the time or patience to transition to a standalone platform to give their thoughts. Userfeed's messenger app makes that a thing of the past.
