Diminutive Permanent Dwellings

This Unique Tiny Home is Designed For Year-Round Occupation

While tiny homes have become increasingly popular across the world in recent years, the fact of the matter is that these kinds of houses are generally either designed as vacation getaways, temporary towable homes or guest-houses, but Modern Tiny Living is one of the latest companies to utilize this format for permanent living in the form of a unique tiny home called 'Ulla-Carin.'

Named after a Swedish exchange student who was hosted by the owner of the dwelling, this unique tiny home boasts a main area that functions as a living room, dining space and work area, including a sofa with integrated storage space and a dining table that can double up as a desk and workstation. Meanwhile, the kitchen has a full refrigerator, freezer, sink, microwave and stovetop, while there's also a washing machine and dryer.

With a sizeable downstairs master bedroom and an upstairs bedroom accessible via storage-integrated staircase, the 'Ulla-Carin' tiny home offers everything that's needed for year-round dwelling.
