Umbro Launches the Undyed Collection to Encourage Sustainable Practices

Umbro is launching Undyed, a new Spring/Summer unisex collection of sustainably produced goods inspired by sports. The collection includes a modern cross-body bag in addition to five basic clothing designs. To lessen the collection's environmental effect, trimmings and embellishments are kept to a minimum. All prints are made using non-toxic, high-elasticity rubber screen printing procedures. The designs employ exclusively vegetable-based inks, and the product packaging is also made from 100 percent recycled materials.

Jersey made of 100% cotton, a blend of 60% cotton and 40% recycled polyester make up the textiles used in the Undyed line. Also, the collection uses around 50% less water during production and includes a playful flower logo to signify its low environmental impact.
