Too Faced cosmetics has launched a new shadow for beauty babes on the go. Their Lockdown Creaseless Cream Eye Shadow combines Too Face’s best-selling eye primer, Shadow Insurance, with light, shimmery, shades that are a perfect base for a daytime look.
