Color-Changing Record Players

The Turntable II by Brian Eno is Limited-Edition and Eye-Catching

The Turntable II has been designed and created by Brian Eno as an ultra-artistic take on the humble record player that will catch the attention of audiophiles and art enthusiasts alike. The record player is crafted using acrylic, which has been fashioned into a circular form as a contrast to the original square version and is packed with a series of LEDs. These can produce a series of generative colorscapes that will transform the audio equipment into a glowing work of art.

The Turntable II is crafted with a one-piece resin body wrapped in the aforementioned frosted acrylic and features a white 8.6-inch Pro-Ject aluminum tonearm with a white Ortofon 2M cartridge. Priced at £20,000, the turntable is limited to 150 examples worldwide.
