The True Story Heritage Breed range is making its way to Whole Foods Market locations as a nod to the increasing demand for better-for-you food products with a familiar flavor and composition.

The range is crafted with the old-world tradition of charcuterie meats, but sees only clean, simple ingredients used with no added nitrites, nitrates or preservatives. The products come in the new Pepperoni, Prosciutto, Genoa Salame and Hard Salame varieties, which will complement the existing Uncured Guanciale and Diced Uncured Pancetta. The products each come packaged in packets with minimalist branding and see-through components to drive home the fresh, deli-inspired nature of each variety.

Executive Vice President of Sales Colin Harter spoke on the True Story Heritage Breed range saying, "Our charcuterie is made with clean, simple ingredients and traditional methods, delivering the depth of flavor people love without anything unnecessary. It’s also incredibly versatile—perfect for a charcuterie board, elevating pizza night, layering into sandwiches, or adding protein to a quick snack, making it easy to enjoy high-quality meats any day of the week.”
