Travel-Friendly Folding Guitars

This Guitar Has a P90 Bridge Pickup For Improved Sound Quality

Nashville, Tennessee-based Ciari Guitars previously launched the 'Ascender' travel guitar back in 2019, with the company now coming out with a new folding guitar that adds a P90 pickup for improved sound.

The 'Ascender P90 Solo' is a folding guitar whose P90 bridge pickup is said to be able to promise "the brightness and clarity of a single-coil, but with the mid-range punch of a humbucker." Elsewhere, this folding guitar doesn't compromise on neck length, boasting a full scale length and medium jumbo frets

"When it’s time to hit the road, players engage the system, which combines an aircraft-grade mid-neck hinge, a translating locking strut to selectively immobilize the hinge, and a floating tailpiece to selectively tighten and loosen the strings," Ciari Guitars revealed in a press release.

This folding guitar is available for $1,599, and can be obtained in left-handed and right-handed versions in various color options.
