Magnetic Building Blocks

These Blocks Put a Creative Twist on a Traditional Wooden Toy

'Huzi Design' has launched a new collection of building blocks that put a creative twist on a traditional wooden toy. For many children, blocks provide a simple way to build and design different objects. This collection uses magnets to take the act of building to the next level.

The 'Cosmos' collection is a series of wooden blocks that are designed to resemble space objects such as rocket ships, planets and satellites. Unlike a traditional wooden toy, each piece in the Cosmos collection is embedded with magnets that snap together when close. The pieces are interchangeable, meaning children can create a wide variety of objects. In total, there are 28 wooden pieces with 58 magnetic connections. With infinite possible combinations, children can let their imagination run wild.

The company is currently running a Kickstarter campaign to bring the magnetic blocks to children everywhere.
