Ferrari 499P Modificata Makes Public Auction Debut

Track-only supercar collectibles are entering the luxury auction market as Gooding Christie's prepares to offer a 2024 Ferrari 499P Modificata in Geneva. This marks the model's first public auction appearance, giving collectors access to a high-performance vehicle developed from Ferrari's Le Mans-winning 499P race car.

The Ferrari combines a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine with an electric motor, delivering approximately 707 PS. Its Push to Pass function increases maximum output to 870 PS. Estimated to exceed CHF 7.5 million, the vehicle has undergone only its initial factory testing. Ownership also includes access to Ferrari's Sport Prototipi Clienti Program, featuring supported driving events at international circuits.

For Gooding Christie's, the sale could attract wealthy collectors seeking exclusive motorsport vehicles. Ferrari's accompanying ownership program also strengthens the vehicle's appeal through specialized maintenance, technical assistance, and dedicated track experiences.
