The TorchEye X1 flashlight by GODYGA is a clip-on everyday-carry light designed to combine illumination with digital measurement tools. The TorchEye X1 flashlight by GODYGA integrates a laser distance sensor that can measure spaces up to about 20 meters away with an accuracy of roughly ±1/8 inch while delivering up to 20 readings per second. The measurement appears instantly on the device’s circular display, allowing users to quickly check dimensions without using a tape measure.
The device functions as a compact EDC flashlight with seven brightness modes and a maximum output of around 500 lumens with a beam throw of about 120 meters. A rotating bezel cycles through lighting modes while a built-in screen shows battery percentage, runtime estimates, and charging status. The clip-on design allows the light to attach to a jacket, backpack strap, or cap for hands-free use, and it charges via USB-C while also being able to operate while plugged in.
