Artist Valerio Amaro has designed this set of unique Tolkien art posters the use famous lines from the fantasy author’s books as advertising slogans. For example, the poster for the TomTom GPS device features the line "Not all those who wonder are lost," while a proposed airline ad reads "Fly You Fools" from the infamous scene where Gandalf the wizard dies in Fellowship of the Ring. Other ads include Land Rover, Rolex and Listerine.

These Tolkien art pieces are clever and well made, with the chosen quotes matching the product or service very well. These posters are a unique and humorous tribute to a much loved author and a trilogy of books with many, many quotable lines and scenes. Using those quotable lines as advertising slogans is an unusual and funny way of paying tribute.
