T-Mobile service is expanding exponentially with the T-Mobile CellSpot, a miniature cell tower that goes right in homes and offices.
T-Mobile has previously had problems with customers complaining about "dead zones," areas where T-Mobile service isn't available. To solve this problem, T-Mobile has introduced an innovative device that can broadcast cell reception directly into homes and workplaces. The T-Mobile CellSpot simply has to be connected to an Internet router. Then it can provide LTE 4G T-Mobile service to an area of 3,000 square feet, supporting up to 16 calls at a time.
The device is an obtrusive cube which measures less than a foot tall, meaning that it will blend right in with users' other modems and routers. The T-Mobile CellSpot is available to pay-after T-Mobile customers at no additional cost.
