Oregon-based Arcimoto, which is renowned for its collection of three-wheeled electric vehicle offerings, has teamed up with California-based Lightning Motorcycles to produce a truly spectacular tilting motorcycle that is set to claim the honor of being the fastest on three wheels.
This three-wheeled tilting motorcycle will be crafted using Lightning Motorcycles' fabled LS-218 electric motorbike as its base. The bike is capable of producing 200 horsepower and has been known to attain top speeds in the region of 351 km/h. Tri-wheel functionality will be attained with the application of Tilting Motor Works' proprietary TRiO three-wheeler technology.
