In what is likely an effort to appeal to Gen Z consumers, Chipotle has unveiled its new TikTok Burrito.
For those unfamiliar, TikTok is a massively popular social media app that allows users to create and share short music videos with one another. The app has become one of the most popular in the world and is especially loved by teens.
Now Chipotle is drawing inspiration from the app to create its new TikTok Burrito. The burrito is made from universally loved ingredients such as white rice, black beans, romaine lettuce, cheese, chicken, and guacamole. The whole thing is then wrapped in a soft flour tortilla and served with extra guacamole on the side for dipping. As of right now, the app is only available via online ordering, which seems appropriate given that most TikTok users are glued to their smartphones.
