Titanium Pocket Knives

The TiArc Features a Grade 5 Titanium Body and a Compact D2 Steel Blade

The TiArc is a minimalist everyday-carry knife designed by XEdge around durability, portability, and mechanical simplicity. Measuring 4.16 inches when open and 2.34 inches when folded, the knife weighs just 30 grams while combining a Grade 5 titanium handle with a D2 steel blade. The compact sheepsfoot-style blade measures 1.82 inches and reaches a hardness rating of HRC 60, providing edge retention for everyday cutting tasks. Rather than incorporating multiple tools, the design focuses exclusively on delivering a lightweight cutting instrument built for frequent carry and long-term use.

The knife uses a frame-lock mechanism to secure the blade during operation and can be disassembled using two integrated screws for maintenance. Users can deploy the blade through a thumb cutout or rear flipper, while the stonewashed titanium construction provides durability and a textured grip. A titanium split keyring is included for attachment to keys, bags, or carabiners, reinforcing the knife’s compact everyday-carry purpose.
