Thinkladder is a new mental health and wellness app that uses a set of tools to help users change their thinking patterns and push out negative thoughts, while also helping them to better identify how their feeling.
To cater the app to their needs, users can start by selecting a particular theme that aligns with them. A few of these themes include 'Correction & Criticism,' 'People Pleasing,' 'I Must be Dumb,' 'Comparing Myself to Others,' 'Anxiety,' and 'Compassion Fatigue.' The themes can be customized further within the app, so that users can get to work shifting their thinking patterns around the issues they're dealing with.
In addition to offering users advice on how to deal with different situations, the app encourages them to journal their progress and confront their feelings so that they can grow.
