Cut and Paste Photoshoots

The Purple Fashion Theatrical Tops Editorial is Choppy

The Purple Fashion Theatrical Tops editorial showcases a highly choppy look at models Anne Koster, Flavia Lucini, Aine O'Gorman and Alba Pistolesi. Shots of the women taken by photographer Katerina Jebb are torn apart here as Jebb put together a series of geometric copy and paste pictures.

Although squares of white and dark red apparel are dismantled and intermingled in Theatrical Tops, the work of stylist Naomi Itkes is nonetheless apparent in the production. Itkes included oversize outerwear and formal gowns in this series, all of which are easily decipherable despite their jumbled depiction in the images. Accessories are also central to these outfits as Itkes incorporated angular necklaces and a series of chunky bangles.
