Many women will attest to knowing that there are certain pairs of underwear that serve specific purposes, just like ‘The Under Girl’ illustrations show. These quirky takes on female undergarments were carefully crafted by Luciana Lattanzi, who is a graphic designer originally from Buenos Aires, but now located in London.

The 27 year-old artist created each of these panty portraits, which have adorable sayings like "oh, not again" and "baby light my fire." Women are sure to get a kick out of looking through ‘The Under Girl’ illustrations and Lattanzi’s comical take on why women wear the underwear they do.
