The Ribby sandwich from Plant Power Fast Food has been announced by the brand as a new menu item that pays homage to the classic BBQ rib sandwich in a plant-based way. The sandwich starts off with a simple bun that holds a housemade plant-based patty inside, which is crafted with shredded jackfruit along with ample BBQ sauce to give it a sweet, tangy flavor in every bite. The sandwich is then topped with Grillo's Pickles and thinly sliced onions that pair perfectly with the plant-based meat-like patty.

President/COO and Co-Founder Zach Vouga spoke on The Ribby sandwich at Plant Power Fast Food saying, "The BBQ rib sandwich holds a legendary place in fast food history and we wanted to honor that legacy with our plant-based take.
