Juicy Marbles Debuts the Baby Ribs Vegan Meat Product Made From Soy Protein

Catering to increased consumer demand for plant-based meat products, Juicy Marbles is unveiling the Baby Ribs product. Made of 100% soy protein and complete with edible bones, this delicious vegan protein option can be used in snacks, soups, broths, and more. Baby Ribs are also advertised as clean-label, containing no thickeners or binders. The brand has also been experimenting with prototypes of vegan lamb racks, bacon, bones, and more.

“We’ve gathered feedback from thousands of curious eaters. Since more than half of our customers aren’t vegan, the research showed us a stupidly simple truth about food: we all want our food to be tasty, but we want it to be nutritionally sensible as well,” said Vladimir Mićković, co-founder and chief brand officer at Juicy Marbles in a statement.
