Muse Magazine's Spring 2013 The Nearness Of You editorial features the remarkably offbeat side of model Saskia de Brauw. Despite the joyful season that the production caters to, de Brauw is found sulking amid busy metropolitan streets.
Photographer Vincent van de Wijngaard captured de Brauw's pouting face in The Nearness Of You. He did so as she stared longingly off into the distance, often set within the backseat of cabs or at an anonymous hotel. Stylist Benjamin Puckey contributed to the solemn set with thin throws that trailed behind de Brauw's back in addition to his use of metallic neck bands, stripe dresses and full length gowns. As these pieces are quite eclectic, Muse Magazine has mastered an assortment of looks here.
