Inspired by the French tradition of placing shoes in the fireplace to be filled with gifts by the morning, Martell announced a special holiday experience called The Martell Sneaker Atelier. This new experience from one of the oldest Cognac houses fuses tradition with modern-day sneaker culture, high-fashion and the designs of Fe, the founder of womenswear brand Fe Noel and CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund recipient.
This sneaker experience is unfolding as a one-day event in December and those who find themselves in NYC's Meatpacking District will be treated to a one-of-a-kind experience, and a sneaker to match. With a brainwave sensing headset, visitors' holiday memories will be turned into sneaker designs that will be hand-painted live on-site, and adorned with gold charms.
