Locker Room-Inspired Apparel Collections

Lacoste Explores Vulnerability and Victory for SS26

The Locker Room takes center stage in Lacoste’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection -- a striking exploration of the space between triumph and introspection. Staged at Paris’s landmark Hall Eiffel at Lycée Carnot, the show transformed the historic glass-and-iron structure into an immersive locker room environment, complete with tiled surfaces, steamed glass, and cascading shower curtains that blurred the line between private ritual and public spectacle.

Creative Director Pelagia Kolotouros reimagined the brand’s athletic DNA through a lens of raw sensuality and unfinished elegance, drawing inspiration from founder René Lacoste’s formative years. Sheer polos, robe-like trench coats, mirror leather separates, and wet-look nylon reinterpreted the brand’s sporting heritage with effortless refinement. The crocodile emblem received a fresh expression inspired by grass tennis courts, while colorways of orange, taupe, and archival blue evoked vintage sports nostalgia.
By staging The Locker Room as both concept and collection, Lacoste reinforces its evolution beyond performance wear into a space of cultural storytelling and emotional design.
