Expanded Modular Homes

The Evergreen Xl is a Scandinavian Home Designed for Full-Time Living

The Evergreen XL expands Vagabond Haven's original two-module design into a 59-square-meter (635-square-foot) prefabricated residence with a single-floor layout. Measuring 11.8 meters long and nearly 6 meters wide, the home features an open-plan living area with an L-shaped sofa, wood-burning stove, six-person dining table, and a full kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and extensive cabinetry. Two bedrooms provide separate sleeping and workspace configurations, while the bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower and multiple toilet options.

Engineered timber and metal cladding wrap the exterior beneath a steel roof, with large windows bringing natural light into the interior. A dedicated technical room accommodates the water heater, washing machine, and dryer, while optional off-grid solar capability and customizable materials, furnishings, and appliances allow buyers to tailor the home.
