The Elina lamp was designed by Dirk Vosding to slide into tight spots. Slim and sleekly designed, the Elina fits discreetly into bookshelves as if it were a book itself. This space-saving lamp is ideal for limited real estate and doubles as a bookend.
Users can easily access the lamp by slowly pulling the disc out of the book-like sleeve it sits in. A glow instantly appears from the illuminated circle once it is revealed from its case. Once revealed, the disc can rotate to angle the light's glow on specific points in the room, making it ideal for late-night reading. The device turns on automatically when it is pulled out of its case and intuitively turns off when concealed.
