The Body Shop Concept Represents a Shift Towards Eco Ingredients

The Body Shop has been around for almost half a century, so it's only natural that the British company would be due for a drastic redesign. Until it decides to take the plunge, however, one designer has taken it upon herself to conceptualize the direction The Body Shop should go in.

Embracing a watercolor theme, The Body Shop's packaging concept is meant to relay the company's growing concern over the environment as well as its use of responsible ingredients. According to the designer behind this concept, Elvira Ullbrandt of Sweden, The Body Shop hopes to develop and launch at least three new innovations in eco-friendly packaging design before 2020. This line provides one way to do so.
