To try this Thai slaw at home, you will need tasty ingredients such as green cabbage, red bell pepper, champagne mangos and toasted cashews. The dressing calls for coconut milk, (possibly frozen) mango chunks, salt, lime juice, cilantro and Sambal Oelek chili paste. You will also need a blender to process the dressing.
This coleslaw variation is different because it doesn't contain any mayonnaise, although it still holds on the the traditional shredded cabbage element. This side dish would go very well with grilled chicken.
