Hispanic Content Creation Collaborations

This Pop-Up Was Created by YouTube and Telemundo

The Spanish-language TV channel Telemundo collaborated with YouTube in order to create content for Hispanic, Spanish-speaking individuals.

The Pop-Up Space invited YouTube's most popular Hispanic celebrities to attend the event. These content creators went to attend workshops, produce their own videos and collaborate with their colleagues -- similar to what the nine permanent 'YouTube Spaces' do. The Pop-Up Space was set up by Telemundo and the creators in attendance were to shoot short original scenes that would be entered into the 'Best Novela Scene by YouTube Creators' at the Premios Tu Mundo.

This pop-up space worked to create content for a demographic that is not always adequately represented in mainstream media in the United States.
