Table by Toshinori Kamiya is Literary Furniture

This literal interpretation of a table by Toshinori Kamiya is fun and functional. The Japanese designer has created this ingenious small table that seats three from the word itself. The ‘T’ provides the base and top while the ‘a’, ‘b’ and combined ‘l’ and ‘e’ form three comfortable seats.

The colorful and playful table by Toshinori Kamiya is definitely both appealing to children and adults. The piece is part of a talk and exhibition Kamiya will be giving at Nagoya Design Week 2009.
