The New York-based hair care brand Syntonics enlisted the creative agency FormNation to create botanical-themed branding for its range of products.

The Dutch design firm was chosen to form a visual branding identity that is indicative of the Syntonics' use of both scientific developments and natural ingredients to create its hair care products. As a result, FormNation decided to turn the collection into a "more modern, refreshed version of a scientific botanical illustration book." The products feature classic images of botanical drawings, with their ingredients being featured in a similar font to the wording in botanical illustration books.

The product line's many natural ingredients, and branding that is both classic and modern, ensures that it appeals to health-conscious consumers.
