Sweat and Tonic creates a specialized fitness experience that welcomes the highest quality of wellness in one space. Members are able to challenge themselves in mental and physical ways while also playing a part in building a sense of a community that grows together.

The premium space is an impressive 16,000 square feet and features three levels that are separated by personalized yoga, HIIT, and ride classes. These classes are run by Toronto's independent trainers and studios. Referenced in the namesake, there is a bar and cafe in the lounging area, which are fully equipped with charging stations and WiFi for those who want to use it as a working space. The changing rooms are elevated as it is fully-stocked, with a level featuring massages, facials, and meditation in the Somadome pod.
