Upcycled Ingredient English Muffins

The Stone & Skillet Super Grains English Muffins are Hearty

The Stone & Skillet Super Grains English Muffins are a new collaboration product created in collaboration with UP, Inc. as a bread perfect for enhancing a range of recipes or enjoying on its own.

The English muffins are crafted using ReGrained SuperGrain+, which is a leftover brain packed with nutrients that's a byproduct of the beer brewing industry. This ingredient is packed with dietary fiber, plant-based protein and prebiotics to make it a healthful addition to the recipe. The product is non-GMO and Upcycled Certified, and is launching online at Misfits Market and Imperfect Foods now.

Founder and CEO Cam Meekins spoke on the Stone & Skillet Super Grains English Muffins saying, "We experimented with our friends at UP, Inc.—the pros at upcycling—and were inspired by their ReGrained SuperGrain+ ingredient innovation. The result of our experimentation is a muffin with a distinctive flavor and nutrition profile. This partnership strengthens our commitment to sustainably-sourced ingredients, and I’m excited to add our new Super Grains innovation to our product portfolio."
