Sugarlands Distilling Co. Launches the New 'Moon Shot Iced Tea'

Sugarlands Distilling Co. introduces 'Moon Shot Iced Tea,' a New England-exclusive marketed towards Red Sox fans. 'Moon Shot Iced Tea' has a moonshine base from Sugarlands and features traditional iced tea flavors with a tinge of cane sugar and black sassafras. The Moon Shot label sports the recognizable Boston Red Sox emblem and measures 40 proof, giving fans of the team a new and exclusive beverage.

“Red Sox fans throughout New England have embraced Sugarlands over the last 12 months and we’re excited to provide them with another product heading into the 2023 season,” said Patrick Sullivan, Sugarlands chief revenue officer. “Collaborating with the Red Sox on themed releases like Moon Shot provides tremendous value to our distribution partners throughout the northeast, giving them a touchpoint to one of the most passionate fanbases in all of sports.”

In the northeast Tennessee region, a few select merchants carry 'Moon Shot' in 750mL jars.
