A Subaru dealership in Seattle, Washington, just wrapped up a promotion that provided customers with free ski passes to a local resort. These days, low prices are not enough to keep customers coming back to a particular dealership. As a result, many auto retailers are offering special perks that help to build consumer loyalty in unique ways.

Carter Subaru Ballard in Seattle recently ran a promotion that involved free passes to Stevens Pass ski resort for the 2015-2016 winter season. In addition to unlimited access to Stevens Pass, the promotion also included free skiing at 12 other resorts in the area. The promotion was available to anyone who purchased a new or pre-owned Subaru before February 29th, 2016. The Subaru dealership even offered a Learn-in-3 Guarantee beginner package for buyers who were not experienced skiers.

The idea behind the promotion was to foster consumer loyalty, while also demonstrating how Subaru vehicles can help consumers live out everyday adventures.
