ESC Student is an informative new smartphone app, launched at the Student Health Association Conference in Leeds, that is designed to improve efforts at boosting student health while helping young people get more knowledge and insights into a range of health issues that tend to affect people of their particular age group and demographic.
Developed by a team of researchers and experts from the University of Bristol as part of a collaboration with the National Health Service, the ESC Student app allows students to access easily understandable health information that is designed to be actionable, so that information can be used to inform real-world decisions aimed at boosting student health and well-being.
Student health is an important indicator of well-being and academic success, which is why the use of expert data and smartphone technology to improve information is so vital.
