Despite the dining restrictions imposed by COVID-19, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is still bringing joy to customers with two tasty new treats: Caramel Chocolate Pretzel ice cream and the new Strawberry Shortcake Sundae.
Available for the month of May, Bruster’s new dessert options are created the old-fashioned way. For instance, the Caramel Chocolate Pretzel ice cream is made with slow kettle processing, which gives the ice cream it's rich flavor. The vanilla ice cream base is then mixed with rich caramel swirls and chocolate covered pretzel pieces. As for the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae, this seasonal treat buttery yellow cake topped with Buster's signature vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, fluffy whipped cream, and a cherry on top.
The new treats are available for takeout, with options for call ahead, drive-thru, or even home delivery in some locations.
