Starbucks Reimagines a Classic Favorite to Present the 'Strato Frappuccino'

Starbucks Canada has introduced a sophisticated reinterpretation of a classic favorite with the 'Strato™ Frappuccino® Blended Beverage,' a name drawn from the Italian word strato, meaning “layer.” This innovative collection redefines the Frappuccino® by combining velvety cold foam with familiar flavors presented in layered, textural forms.

Now available for a limited time, the lineup features three distinct varieties, each designed to elevate the cold beverage experience. The 'Salted Caramel Mocha Strato' offers a rich fusion of mocha sauce, coffee, milk, and ice, finished with salted caramel cream cold foam and a ribbon of caramel. The 'Strawberry Matcha Strato,' on the other hand, pairs unsweetened matcha with milk and syrup, topped with a vibrant strawberry-flavored cream cold foam. Lastly, the 'Brown Sugar Strato' blends coffee, milk, and ice beneath a layer of brown sugar cream cold foam, accented with a touch of cinnamon.
