Stellum Spirits Debuts Two Specialty Whiskey Blends for the Holidays

Stellum Spirits is launching two new specialty blends called the ‘Hunter’s Moon’ and ‘The Lone Cypress.’ These innovative blends utilize rare barrels to create limited-edition bourbons and ryes that are unique and complex in taste. A base of Indiana bourbon and rye is combined with older bourbons and ryes from Kentucky and Tennessee to create the distinctive whiskey used in all Stellum Black specialty mixes.

‘Hunter’s Moon’ is a wintery oak-driven bourbon inspired by the Hunter’s Moon of October. This expression has a high rye spice and strong hints of wood, making it ideal for the shorter days of the year. ‘The Lone Cypress’ is a savory alternative that contains notes of dried herbs, pine, and salt-air salinity. This expression was inspired by one of the world’s most famous trees and was bottled at cask strength.
