Limited-Edition Whiskey Returns

Laws Whiskey House Revives Two Fan-Favorite's for the Holidays

Laws Whiskey House is celebrating the season with the return of two limited-edition bourbons: the 'Honey Cask Finished Straight Bourbon Whiskey' and the 'Four Grain Bourbon Whiskey Finished in a Cognac Foeder.' These exceptional whiskeys are crafted from Laws’ renowned Four Grain Bourbon, made with a meticulous mashbill of heirloom grains: 60% corn, 20% wheat, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley.

Each bourbon receives a unique finishing touch. The Honey Cask Finish infuses local character, with bourbon barrels filled with Colorado honey by a local apiary before being refilled to create a one-of-a-kind sweetness. Meanwhile, the Cognac Foeder Finish utilizes a solera-style method, aging in French oak barrels before moving into a massive 50-year-old cognac foeder, creating an ever-evolving complexity that reflects Denver’s dynamic climate.

Bottled at 47.5% ABV, these expressions are available at the Laws Whiskey House Tasting Room, online, and at select retailers. Perfect for whiskey enthusiasts, they celebrate Colorado’s flavors and craftsmanship in every sip.
